Catching Up On....Max's Birthday!

SEPTEMBER 18, 2008
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAX!
THE FAMILY PARTY...
On Sunday, we had a family dinner! Grandpa and Grandma Young and the Jacksons joined us for dinner. Max had pot roast, french fries, Grandma's rolls (his favorite), sparkling cider, and brownies and ice cream for dessert.

THE PARTY...

We took Max and 11 of his fun friends to Lone Tree Rec Center for a party the next night and then 8 of them slept over! They had a lot of fun. Mason also had two friends and Mallory and Marshall each had one. Grandpa and Grandma Young, Hunter, Katie, and Keelia, Uncle Mark, Aunt Erin and Tricia also joined us at the pool!

Max and his friends!

Uncle Mark, Aunt Erin, Tricia, and Grandma Young!

Jacob, Mason and Zack!

Bryce and Marshall!

Keelia and Max!

Mallory!

(Nathan, Noah, D. C., Patrick, Tyler, Will, Max, Mark, Clay, Peter)

THE BIRTHDAY...

As soon as he woke up, he opened his present--a ripstick and he has been "ripsticking" ever since!

I can't believe he's 11! Seems like his baptism was just last year, and then it was Mason's and here we are coming up on Mallory's. Time sure flies.

WoW!. I am like Jen. It seems like yesterday that we were there for Max's baptism. So, Happy 11th MAx! Also, I am embarressed to admit, but I had to ask Matt what a ripstick was! I am definitely out of it!

looks like a fun party! i am glad you started a blog. i don't think i have talked to you since you only had 2 kids. Sad really. i am obviously bad with the whole keeping in touch thing, but it's hard when none of us really got to see each other very often when we grew up. oh well...i'm glad you joined the blogging world so i can see what you and your kidlets are up to. they are all cuties!
